The stigma was lost a decade ago when GM offered the C5Z06 for $40K that weighed 3100lbs and had 405hp. That car and still is a track animal. For those who stereotyped the Corvette as an old mans car, as a mid-life crisis or as a straight-line muscle car that couldnt turn simply didnt have an answer for it.

I think that stigma has faded somewhat with the C7; I was always the guy who laughed at Corvette drivers for this, and wouldn't be caught dead in one due to the stigma, but I honestly don't feel that way about the new one, and would love to take one out for a drive.

Also, wash the outside of your car, vacuum all fabric and carpet inside, and clean all hard surfaces with multipurpose cleaner. Wipe down your windows and clean the leather. That adds $500 hands down every time.
