Yea yea, I know there are people that are going to be happy about this for the homebrew reasons, but I'd say the majority of people that hack or mod their systems are doing it for piracy.

@GohanGVO: I agree...now, some may point to your list of games and say that those are GENERALLY the same...actiony, shootery, titles...with nothing on either 360 nor PS3 for the wacky, niche enthusiast.

I think a surrender type option is almost needed in any game where morality changes the course of the game (and the main character, in certain instances).
