Can someone please tell me which of the games I should actually look forward to? The stream certainly didn't manage to do that.

MS and Sony already had an install base with consumers owning the hardware which the other contenders didn’t. Netflix has an install base as well and if they can make their service compatible with a Dual Sense/Shock or Xbox Controller that looks like a win to me.

I remember Until Dawn on PS4 doing something pretty cool near the end. There’s a moment where you have to keep the Dual Shock 4 perfectly still, which is actually a challenge in itself, but a (kind of) jump scare makes the controller vibrate, which really intensifies the experience, as well as negates the obvious…

I was having trouble with a panel in The Witness and wanted to show it to one of my friends. I didn’t have my PS4 available at the time, so I tried to Google a picture of the panel. Unfortunately I found a picture of the panel with the solution drawn out, and once I had seen it I couldn’t unsee it.

I have a friend who, for several years, told me that RDR2 was totally about to be released, going on and on about how he had read several articles, all claiming the game was a few weeks away from some sort of announcement. When the game was finally announced last month he had this horrible “I told you so”-attitude…

I spoke to some people from IO Interactive the other day and they’re convinced that the new locations are just as (or more) appealing than the story progression, and that’s what’s gonna keep people coming back for more each month. I kind of get it, actually!

That Gears of War trailer could have been great, but the song ruins it. Mad World is a great song and I love it to bits, but the problem is that it could’ve been used for any space marine shooter-trailer. Imagine a similar video of Halo, Killzone, Call of Duty ... Heck, imagine Far Cry, The Sims, Batman: Arkham…

Never got around to playing Grim Fandango, not even the original. Really looking forward to this!

I really like the combat, but I think the boss battles overstay their welcome regardless of my level.

I’m not saying that some readers wouldn’t find these niche games interesting, but the way I see it the writers are doing the readers a favor by filtering out the stuff that is either irrelevant or just plain uninteresting.
