Man, that sounds good. Personally, I want to explore Thailand, China, Korea (both sides) and Japan, and learn their martial arts along the way. I know she's interested in these places too. Europe is an exploration I'll be trying to make later this year (unfortunately, without her, but with friends!)... Wish me luck!

My girlfriend comes from Korea and wants to do things like this to herself. Similar to this case (and imho, most cases when it comes to Korean girls), she looks naturally beautiful. She's explained it that she just likes the way that some of these things turn out.

When a person does a thing like this, and especially when it is glorified publicly, it encourages people in the wrong way. This is nothing to boast over, or to congratulate with a "well done, sir."

Some parents don't know how to laugh about things when it comes to their kids. Also, most parents feel like because they have a child and they spent so much time caring for them that they're entitled to various grossly-over-estimated amounts of various kinds of respect.
