That's why I use popcorntime, it's a download, no sites or ads. If you have a tv that is wifi compatible you can just stream it from your laptop. Or however you normally watch your media. I've been using it for months with no problems. They keep up to date, the episode is usually up a day after airing.

Popcorntime. Legal and internet are in that grey area, just watch, get caught up and then buy the season later to balance your karma.
