There’s something else that bugs me even more than Cap being Hydra...

I bet Cap and Red Skull both had a mother named Sarah, thus becoming BFF’s.

To be honest, I’m half-surprised that Disney hasn’t started its own service with just its own catalog items and extra content.

I hope we get the old Legend of Sleepy Hollow. My little girl has never seen that before, and I think it would scare the pants off her.

I would very much like to see more of the Disney stuff added. The WWII collection, the package films from the same era (instead of the split few that are available now), the classic collections (Donald, Oswald, etc), more of the feature films, and, of course, the classic live action films (Darby O’Gill, Candleshoe,

  • Also arriving in July for the first time are such classic family favorite franchises such as Back to The Future & Lethal Weapon.

Lethal Weapon is a family favorite?

Why on Earth do we need R rated Batman and Superman films? We have Blade, Deadpool, Kingsmen, Watchmen, Wolverine, etc...

If Justice League part 1 is a disappointment they can just have a Crisis in part 2 that soft reboots everything.

What? NO. DC is NOT an R-rated universe. Snyder is a Frank Miller sycophant that wanted to boil 75 years of some of the most accessible heroes in history down to some hardcore elseworld stories.

Snyder’s problem was that not all characters are the same, dark, gritty, 300 warrior, Rohrschach, murdery character. Even Batman has an sisyphean aspiration to make the system work, putting Joker and Riddler in prison or asylum time after time, but not letting the darkness he uses and fights become the darkness he is.

Yeah, its like they’ve gone out of their way to say to everyone ‘we’re not Marvel, we’re doing it different’ but completely overshot into taking 3 rights, mowing down a few dozen pedestrians and jumping on the freeway instead of just taking 1 left.

You don’t take Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman and make an R rated film. You also don’t make it Superfriends. There’s a happy medium, but you’re right that Snyder does not have the skills to do this.

Based on the poster, I assume it’s just Vader’s head appearing.

To be fair, that’s just what Oscar Isaac’s eyes look like.

Ok, big reveal in the third movie: Poe and Fin are hunkered down during a big battle. Poe says that he’ll stay out of the way, He get’s it.. Fin tells Poe that he’s got it all wrong, Rey is Fin’s sister *gasp* then they kiss while surrounded by possibly cannibalistic teddybears. *scene*

Thank you for listing these out.

Of the three series you mention, I can see the Three Investigators being the one that could translate into something interesting if you made them all grown up instead of teenagers.

This is not a shame, because it sounded horrible. Removing everything that gave Nancy Drew a point, her being a teenaged sleuth, and replacing it with a standard procedural formula is a ridiculous idea.

DISREGARD THAT, DO THIS.
