It’s hard to overstate how much better VR is wirelessly. I played through HL: Alyx in a large open room with Virtual Desktop and it just adds a huge layer of immersion. With wired I just can never seem to find a comfortable location for the wire and it always bothers me.

Digital Foundry addressed this idea a few weeks ago and while DLSS certainly sounds exciting, it is not something you can just bake retroactively into all games. LOVE this gun. Easily favorite of all-time. I just love how he jams that shells into the gun, and the cadence of that reload creates a rhythm to the action as you strafe around. BOOM, cachunk, BOOM cachunk.

I was totally on board with the $400 all digital. I never purchased any physical games last gen and loved the form factor of it. But when that Walmart link popped up with the “add to cart” button (after months of trying) I didn’t care that it was the physical disc version. Ugh. I have no willpower. 

I’ve really wanted to try it out so Game Pass is the perfect low-risk method. The art style just looks so cool.

Valhalla doesn’t have any ray tracing, which kinda proves the point that people can’t tell if it’s there or not.
