Agreed

Blacksburg, Virginia. Still down. :(

Destiny has the most egregious loading times I've seen in a game in 10 years. Why haven't more people complained about this? They are so awful.

I finally tried the game out when it went free to play, but I wanted to play it for the story. Apparently actually listening to the dialogue in an instance with a PUG (pick up group) is a big NO-NO. I got harassed every time I delayed my dialogue choice to see the story. After 3 different instances this continue

Yeah I feel like we are getting to the point where big budget games are just becoming too "video-gamey". All it takes is one non-gamer to point these kinds of things out and you can never unsee them again. Your example of the "pick up 5 herbs" quest is spot on. This makes sense in a video game, but it's really

Well there are over 9 million user created levels already available for it (carrying over from LBP1 and 2) so there is PLENTY of content. In fact, some of the best user created levels are better than anything in the main game.

Victory eh? Any chance they release this game on the 5th of November next year?

Ganon I'm right there with ya. I feel like they get a lot of crap for being annualized, but these games really are crazy ambitious and I don't think they get enough credit for that. If you just simply take a stroll through Paris in Unity and take everything in, it really is an astounding achievement.

I'm sure they will also release a PS4/X1 version of Rogue sometimes next year right? It's only a matter of time.

It's called Watch Dogs. Wasn't that great.

Was it because you wanted to play each of those games on release day? Sometimes even waiting a few days can save you money. In my opinion, unless you want to play that game the second it is available, pre-ordering is just a waste.

I often wonder how many gamers simply pre-order because that what they have done for decades. Pre-ordering used to be a necessity when games were more scarce and the internet was not yet a place where you really shopped. For instance, if you didn't pre-order a game like Ocarina of Time you might not see a copy of

I think the LittleBigPlanet amazon listing is incorrect. I only see the deal on ebay and your amazon link also has it going to ebay. Just FYI.

Gravity Rush really surprised me. I got a Vita last fall and it was on my list of games that I got through PS+ (yes I made sure to get them even before I had a vita, haha). I had Uncharted, Wipeout, and several others all ready to go. But for some reason I loaded up Gravity Rush first and didn't even touch another

How would we be able to guarantee that both 2 person fireteams would be together once we got planetside?

That's more than I thought. Good stuff. Thanks for the info!

Ah that's good to know. Is there any way for 4 of us to play together outside of strikes in the open world? For instance, can we all partake in public events and farming/bounties together?

So I convinced my 3 xbox friends to switch to PS4 this gen and they all got consoles on Black Friday. The problem is that we have been playing 4 player games together for 7 years now. Is Destiny a viable game for a party of 4 to play? I know the strikes are 3 person, is there any chance that Bungie ever changes

I'm just having a hard time believing that a story based Borderlands game could be good. If I absolutely hated the humor and the one-note characters in both Borderlands games would I like this at all? I thought Handsome Jack was annoying and all of the other characters were just cultural stereotypes. I get it

Jason I believe you forgot to mention the AWFUL load times. Seriously, how do we have a major release this day and age that has load times this long?
