I recently took Amtrak for the first time returning home from central IL to east TX. It’s an 11-12 hour drive, a 4-6 hour flight with a connection (or a considerably larger ask for a friend on the other end to come pick me up in DFW), and a ~17-hour train ride. The train actually takes me right to the small town I

Fuck off.

This is the reason I like the car.  I’m 6’4” and fit perfectly.  You’d fit too.

A new Titanfall battle royal game is coming...

Yes, you can walk in and browse any time. My father and I stopped in during a Route 66 trip a few years back (pre-fire). I think they asked for a dollar or some other ridiculously small fee, but we were able to walk around freely and see anything we wanted to see, unescorted.

Maybe don’t name your child something moronic if you don’t want yourself (and your child) ridiculed for the rest of their life. And this from a guy who named his son after his favorite Top Gear presenter.

I’m not going to lie. I laughed when I read the headline and SW should not be made to apologize.

Edit to add:  If she was mocking the name it’s different than laughing at the name.  The article above is unclear.

This woman needs to have her child taken away from her for the child’s sake.

I wouldn’t call a Falcon “gigantic”. Bigger than contemporary Euro cars, sure, but not huge since it’s basically a Mustang in a boring suit. A rally Galaxie would be gigantic. And glorious.

Meanwhile, inside the patrol car...

Well of COURSE it’s Florida

A shrine to emasculated husbands everywhere.

Counter-counterpoint: touch the cars, but only with permission. Most people will probably be fine with it, but the last thing you want is to accidentally damage something.

Tomorrows headline:

Can we agree now that the fallout from this has gotten ridiculous?

I’m not a racist. Some of my best racecars are black.

This is good, nay, great Jalopnik.

The quote seems to imply that the officer thought the groundhog might have been rabid. Does anybody else read it that way? Can we agree that rabid animals have to be dealt with somehow?
