Also, the Washington Post did a pretty solid article about how much it sucks to be labor in the “the land of the free”.

Well then give back the salary increases and benefits that were negotiated.

People are fucking idiots. Because “it’s not as bad as it was 100 years ago” doesn’t mean the GOP and the wealthy aren’t racing to get us there.

I’m a teacher and I currently work for a non-unionized ESD. I provide special education services to smaller districts who have trouble attracting and retaining special education teachers.

Recently, the school I’m placed at, through union activity, secured a wage adjustment after a decade of no cost of living

This is so anti-factual that it’s either sarcastic or a true trump supporter. The beautiful thing is that the unhinged connection to truth of reality makes it impossible to know any more!

Jesus christ, you have google. It can be your friend. Use your boot straps and do your own learning.

Jesus fuck, confessing any love for the confederacy should see you removed from any attempt at office.

I’m gonna go out on a limb and assume they have some pretty solid evidence if they are gonna go through the trouble of suing a sitting president.

In other words, Fox News is gonna be working over time to hand wave this away.

No, I agree. We were SUPER fortunate to get it. We were only a 10 minute walk from Queen Anne Strip at the top of the hill. I’m a special ed teacher and played that up in the application process. It was competitive.

My wife ended up pregnant and there was just no way that we could afford to stay in Seattle.

A two

So many “blue” bubbles exist, largely in urban areas. Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, etc. It’s full of “progressive” people who have displaced a lot of people as the money flows in and they suddenly become NIMBY monsters.

I left last year and had a 1 bedroom apartment on Queen Anne hill for 1200. We were fucking STOKED to find that.

They are also areas with major metro areas likely throwing off the average.

Seattle is a playground for the wealthy at this point. Fuck the place. It’s the reason I left.
