Hey now, they just need to work harder and use bootstraps. In fact, it has nothing to do with 30 years of wage stagnation, an older generation not leaving the workforce, higher healthcare costs, the buying power of the dollar, student loan debt and so on and so forth.

I’m kinda lucky as I was able to buy a house on the west coast of Oregon in a desirable town. Due to urban growth boundaries, the town can’t grow much due to geography and limits placed on it. Housing is basically capped at a certain level due to this at the moment so even when the housing bubble bursts, I’ll be ok.
