You guys should check out Bypass (for iOS and Android). It give you instructions for how to bypass the computer system when you call customer service and get a person. Useful when you don't want to spend an hour entering numbers into the phone when you call the cable company. And it's free.

That's it. I'm done. No more driving for me. This is a manhole cover that flew through a Russian driver's windshield and I'm cutting my driver's license in half as we speak.
