You can have as many as you want, but only one can be your "primary" PS4. On your other PS4s you have to be logged into your account to play games associated with your account. So as long as you only use one account you are fine.

Sure they can. EA has done a lot to fix their reputation the last year. To hate them still is to hold a grudge, and grudges are definitely fault worthy.

X-com + heroes of might and magic = 70k? Seems low. Sounds super awesome but the low budget makes me very skeptical.
