I recently bought a Surface Pro 3 (i5, 4g RAM, 128g SSD), and even coming off of 8 years on a MacBook Pro, I just love it. With the Type Pad it handily stands in for a laptop, I have the Adobe CS5 Master Collection installed and all apps run fast, and for casual consumption it’s an excellent tablet. Not sure why it

It doesn’t share majority of the code, though.

So IndyCar has finally caught up to 2008 Formula 1 technology.

I admit I am slightly liking this, but I just get the feeling it's like a lazy design for someone making an F1 car in a video game circa 2009 who couldn't afford the licencing and so had to make a generic one that wasn't too close to anything real

I'm guessing swatch is going to bring a functional watch that also counts your steps. That's about it.

probably better going with new dell xps 13.

I pointed this out in previous posts but I thought it would be fair to compare this with a Surface Pro 3 given similar size and portability. Then I realized that the SP3 is thinner, lighter, faster, cheaper... than the new 12" Macbook?

New MacBook:

What concerns me with the Pebble (and any non-Apple wearable) is that the minute the iWatch rolls out, they will cripple any interface between iOS and the non-Apple peripheral.

Here's the reason why I finally switched over from Dropbox as nice as it was - bing.com offers rewards for searching. I used to exchange them for Amazon gift cards (475 pts for $5) but then I realized I could get 100GB a year on OneDrive for 475 points, which takes just about 3 weeks to collect. In all, has been

All cool until one of the thrusters fails and now becomes a kinetic-energy weapon raining down on Earth........

Whatever it takes!

Elon Musk is going to be to space travel what Howard Hughes was to aviation...hopefully without the jars of urine sitting around.

Awesome.

wow, great article about the MacBook air. Do you plan on writing one about the pictured Dell computer next?

Well, I see a lot of people complaining with bloatware and so on, FFS, it's not MS fault your crappy 400$ laptop comes full of crapware installed, just go to cp and uninstall it, it doesn't take 6 hours, on an average laptop, should take around 30 mins to clean it all out, someone who says 6 hours, it's clearly one

I use both Windows and OSX, and I hate to admit it, but working on Windows I can get the same tasks done quicker. Maybe I'm not using OSX keyboard shortcuts as much as I should, but neither do most people. Finder for example is terrible. I always tend to loose windows and have to look for them on OSX, never have

Not sure if you've used IE11 or not, but it's really not that bad. This benchmark test from last month shows Chrome isn't all that great anymore (especially in memory usage). Conversely, Microsoft has made huge strides already to improve IE in 11. If what they say Spartan is to become (super lean and far more HTML5

If they could just find a way for me to play my 360 stuff on the Xb1 I'd be ecstatic. I know this is probably impossible but a man can dream.

Now, hasn't anyone seen this symbol before?
