If the panel is bolt on or can be reached from both sides it's a hammer job. If the panel needs to be pulled.... or the frame adjusted... stuff gets complicated with aluminum. Welding aluminum is significantly different than steel.

Welding aluminum is difficult compared to steel. Alum is an excellent conductor and dissipates the heat from welding too fast so it has to be TIG welded which takes more skill, longer time and more expensive equipment.
