Nope, lenses don't affect DR :) Well they do but the effect is so infinitesimal that you wouldn't notice it anyway

Still, that is frickin' DSLR-level dynamic range...
NO WAY the shot at 2:15 is shot with an iphone. DR is just too wide.
fuk-a-hori
i'm childish
I guess it was... a SUPER HAIYAN lvl 8!
sorry, had to
I'd say youtube. And then sell the tapes as originals.
yes
Thank god they included Sword & Sworcery.... That game truly is a piece of art.
Actually, it looks EXACTLY like philips' LivingColors lamp.
IGZO used in the xps15 has noticeably worse color repro than IPS panels.
And think about this : The iris pro inside the new rmbp15 is noticeably faster than the 750m when it comes to compute tasks (read: "visual arts professionals"). Why include the 750m then if not for casual gaming? I am contrary to apple's decision.…
Yep, agreed. Sorry for the word choice, honestly i can't remember why i used such vocabulary, but i was probably pissed off at something else.
So again, sorry for that, i apologize.
I can assure you that the panel in the blade pro is nothing short of stunning. Sure, it might not have the 168 degrees of visibility that IPS panels have, but blacks are black, and colours are very very very bright and accurate.
Sorry, i was really confused. I meant the blade pro, not the blade 14". I forgot they renamed the thing.. The pro has a very good panel IMO, but i've never seen the 14 so i can't comment on that.. Again sorry.
sorry, i made a mistake, i meant the blade pro.
Oh dear me.. I apologize to everyone, i actually meant the blade pro, i just call it blade forgetting that the blade is now the 14"...
The 17" screen of the pro, even being TN, is a seriously kick-ass screen.. Black levels are very good and colors are spot-on. Never seen the 14" tho... So i can't comment on that.
Yes they should be identical, in theory. But there's a rumor floating around that while the shape is the same, the materials with which the XPS is built are different than the m3800... In specs they should be exactly the same except the quadro gpu, you're right.
The XPS is not a pro laptop. The m3800 is.
Also, WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU SAYING ABOUT THE BLADE? That thing has a better color accuracy than most laptops out there. And it's bright as fuck. And it's more powerful than the MBP in a thinner package.
What the hell giz?
this would make for a fantastic topgear sketch :P
No. I have pretty much always in my pockets the following:
-An iphone 4 with broken mic which i use as a personal hotspot
-An ipod touch 5g which i use basically as an iphone thru my 4's hotspot
-A blackberry 9800 which has my 2nd sim in it
And nope, no confusion at all, i just got used to it
It's NOT going to be small. It's going to be d600 sized, so considerably bigger than the a7r
