A Bruce Boudreau team having a bunch of come from behind wins? Noooooooooo get outta here.

It’s always cheaper and easier to park in the Ballston Mall deck and then walk to where ever you’re going in the hood. Usually only a dollar for three hours.

I know a lot of people like that, and there’s nothing wrong with it. A ton of my co-workers today who never talk hockey are all amped up for it. That said, we live in Washington D.C. and are thirsty for heartbreaks.

Yeah it just seems bitter. As a massive NHL fan, I’m even fine with admitting that NCAA might be the best, but the NHL playoffs are an amazing time for hockey fans.

I'll admit it, I laughed.

There's nothing wrong with not "getting" why grown-ass adults want to play dress-up because you don't have to. However it's more of a "live and let live" issue. Of all the activities people could be engaged in, dressing up is pretty harmless in the big scheme of things.

“We would have done this before but we wanted to wait until we made a fool of ourselves publicly before we acted with any sort of common sense.”

I'm sure you have some sort of useless hobby that you enjoy, let us know what that is so we can all collectively crap on it for no reason whatsoever other than to be hateful.

I’m sure he wasn’t the sole reason but he did put a lot of work into raising awareness in the months leading up the the vote. That’s good enough for me.

As a DC resident and as someone who smokes to relieve his depression, I no longer live in fear due to simple possession. This man is a goddamn hero to myself and many more.

Respectfully, maybe you should change the first link “Just how long is a TV marathon” to “Binge-Watching Part 1: Just how long is a TV marathon?”

That way you won’t have to keep repeating yourself about shows being listed in Part 1 as people will click through instead of commenting?

It's a great movie. Emphasis on Movie. I've re-watched it a few times and it actually gets better every time.

I was at the Caps-Hawks game this past year and it sure as shit didn't feel like 46. I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying it felt pretty damn cold.

Seriously. I used to have a roommate who'd act like that when football was on and it would be one of the most embarrassing things to occur when I had a guest over. Even if it was just me, I'd often feel bad for him, who's life is so miserable they put that much stock in a sports team? I just don't understand.

Don't

The often overlooked greatest value in friendships... just show up.

(If it's a priority you'll find a way, if not, an excuse.)

I actually have more respect for Kessel now after seeing him walk away from the dude.

It's really really really early in the year, but this is going to be one of my favorite posts here for 2015.

So many Scott catchphrases in my everyday commentary, so many good lines. I can't even watch the Eisen announcement as the Hannah Storm one had me in tears. Strong men.. also cry...

Saw PK Subban play in the World Junior tournament years ago and knew he was going to be good. When I found out the Canadians drafted him I was disappointed, but so it goes.

Can't stand it when Don Cherry and others in the Canadian media come down on him. He's always an entertaining character, a good interview, and

A long time ago, I was engaged to a ballerina who was making $60 a week as an apprentice. To support us I worked two jobs, one as a litigation document specialist (copy boy) and the other as a dishwasher, totaling 50-60 hours a week for crap pay . When she left me for a meth dealer that she was already fucking

If you look at the #cww tag now it's taken a turn for the ridiculous with it becoming a parody of what it started out as. Which obviously doesn't do anything but take away even more from the conversation than it was before.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that black people don't think the subject as a whole

I've never seen that before but wow, just wow.
