I watched Ghostbusters Afterlife, and it was F’ing phenomenal. Was everything I wanted it to be and more. 

I believed that until I watched the “I’ve got cancer” episode. I have never seen an actor look more lost in a scene than Jodie did fumbling through that entire interaction. You can rightly blame some of that on the writers, but there’s a thousand ways a good actor like Tennant or Smith could have made that work.
