I have some real praise for the implementation of the side view cameras on this thing versus that Garmin screened monstrosity last week. Look at that rear view “mirror”: direct rear view in the middle, and side views to each side. Freaking genius. I just hope the thing is OLED and easily dimmed for night driving.
No, Meghan, I don’t think I’ll be doing that, thank you.
I think you, however, need to stop looking for things to get offended by, and instead should research the etymology of the term “derp,” before making yourself look like an ignorant triggered fool with posts like this.
I was stuck with a Frontier as a rental two years ago for three weeks.
“Really nice” and “Frontier” have no business anywhere near each other in the same sentence. They are hollow pieces of sh*t 20 years past any semblance of modern design. They are gutless, uncomfortable and downright embarrassing.
My ‘92 Ranger…
And those aren’t sh*t compared to the two stroke leaf blowers dominating California, putting out not only mountains of oily smog but throwing nasty particulates into the air because Californians are too GD lazy to use a rake like the rest of the world.
If only the steering wheel weren’t on the wrong side.
The only thing I got out of that is you hate your dad and the younger bitch he married.
I hope you’re seeing a therapist.
And you’ll be surprised to know IDGAF, because ALL politicians are lousy tippers. Try working sometime at a nicer but not completely fine dining restaurant across from city hall sometime, you’ll see. Being a collection of cheap MF’ers is about the only thing bipartisan about those ass clowns.
Maybe AOC breaks that…
On average it takes three days for an airframe to go from “parked” to “cleared to fly.” Maintenance treats the process the same way they do receiving a brand new aircraft. They go through EVERYTHING, assuring all control surfaces are tuned, lubed and functioning normally, engines are similarly tuned and inspected…
1) Travel is ALWAYS slow in January. It’s right after the holidays so for the most part pleasure travel falls off a cliff, as does business travel. It picks up again around this time because of Valentine’s Day and then Spring Break. z
Or you could take that hundred million and invest in domestic manufacturing, avoiding all this port congestion.
You ass.
My daughter works in flight operations for a major airline. They have the same sort of software installed on her terminal as well. This is why she has her home laptop setup next to her work computer on her desk for things like personal surfing, email etc. She doesn’t give two shits about it because as far as her…
Yeah except most fleet vehicles have cameras already, Shiv. Walmart started installing them back in 2016, and FedEx did the same last year. Every company with a large fleet has or is moving towards installing these sorts of cameras into every single vehicle. Not only are they good for employee accountability but they…
Ugh with these BS hot takes on a reasonable move towards safety and accountability. Funny how these sorts of cameras have been in place in public transit, taxis and shuttle vans for about a decade now and you didn’t say Boo about it, but now that Amazon is doing it after realizing “hey, we kind of created a monster…
And I couldn’t give less of a F about it if I tried.
More proprietary locked down nonsense that will throw a middle finger to Right to Repair, on a scale never before seen, like only Apple can do.
Replace your own battery? Bricked. Buy tires from somewhere other than Apple directly? Receive a warning message everytime…
Love... and throwing individual employees under the bus.
It’s what makes a Subaru, a Subaru.
Because Brian Kahn says so. Sorry Brian, we’ve got bigger things to worry about right now. Go ride your bike and suck through paper straws.
Except that’s not how it works. Amazon drivers work on a performance based pay structure. The longer they take to deliver the less they make. Apparently some of them have been getting more aggressive about it, however, hence these measures to rein that in a bit and apply new bonuses for safer driving.
Fine with me. The drivers in my area have almost run over kids three times since October because they zip around like their asses are on fire. Most public transit have cameras like this watching the drivers these days so why shouldn’t we expect the same from private companies?
“my entire act is a pastiche of older, better artists and adds nothing to them but omnipresent commercial cynicism”
