That’s only an issue if the owner doesn’t lower the headlight focus after raising his vehicle. Properly aimed headlights from that height shouldn’t be any more of a nuisance than properly aimed headlights on a sedan unless they are right up on your butt, which is the bigger issue and not the height of the vehicle.
