No mention of the fact that the pinstripes on McGregor’s suit are made of microtext that spells out “Fuck You” over and over?

I couldn’t disagree with you more. People change. My experiences as a teacher and a counselor has taught me as much. He saw his mom abused, which is the number one indicator of a future abuser. However, time, perspective, the hope to be better and a constant support network, all of which he clearly has, can help

Have you watched the HBO doc Hip Hop Evolution? It’s a four part series that covers the inception of hip hop to present. It’s by Shad (Canadian hip hop artist - who is great btw) and he does a great job of viewing the journey of hip hop and gets a sit down with the icons.

1) Mandatory drug tests for all participants is unconstitutional.

So basically, people of color who can’t “just go right out and find a good job” deserve nothing and should in fact get screwed over more. Hillbillies in coal country deserve to have all the good jobs brought to them so they can stay in bumbfuck AND we all need to listen and understand where they’re coming from to

Yeah I mean who knows how sincere he is but I’m not sure what else can be expected of him. Even if he gives Dee Barnes her payday he’ll just be accused of paying to make it go away. Or admit that what you really want is a whipping boy, not contrition.

Moore claimed that as another officer, identified as G. Vasquez was handcuffing the teen, she spun her left shoulder into him, knocking Vasquez off the balance and taking him to the ground.

And every goddamn bit of the officer’s account (of accosting, threatening with animal attack, detaining, assaulting, and allowing an animal attack on an innocent woman) is written up to imply guilt, of something, on the victim’s part, right down to describing her act of ‘trying to go home from the store’ as fleeing

I took it that way. The black guy asked the bus driver what he’d said, so I think he, too, knew the driver was both racist and hideously stupid.

Kellog was a 7th Day Adventist and clean living advocate who ran a Sanitorium. Technically he just invented corn flakes and his brother launched the brand. They made a movie about it with Anthony Hopkins and Matthew Broderick. Yes, it was a comedy.

I prefer the Steve Rogers version.

Where you don’t call yourself a Neo-Nazi because it’s “damaging to the brand” even though the brand is 100% Neo-Nazis.

Gavin McInnes is the kind of neo-Nazi that’s still too into trying to look cool that he could never fully commit to the shaved head and swastika tattoo lifestyle.

Somehow, despite all that the 5-year-old had been through, a judge agreed to allow Naomi Hall supervised visitation with the child at the hospital.

Unless Zenimax was completely unaware of how his contract was set up with UMG. If UMG forgot or deliberately ignored that clause of their contract, it’s on UMG. Or, well his contract may not contain that clause anymore but it used to. We’ll find out as this goes on, I guess.

Right, with FO:4's story of a mother searching for her son after watching her husband’s murder, it is a tale of loss and hope and wandering in an unfamiliar place.

Counter-point: a dude literally wandering from town to town in search of his son, fighting to stay alive in a shitty world not of his making, is actually not a bad use of the song at all.

I used to think “opportunism”.
