It’s not far from the shrine, like most objects you can pick up it should be orange and sticking out of the ground. I also have no idea what L5R is :P

Near the starting area there’s a sword on the ground you need to pick up and equip.

Block? For most early enemies you can block their attacks and followup with quick attacks. Personally I back off so they run towards me and use a long reach strong attack to get them off guard.

It was a hybrid drive, not a full SSD.

Microsoft began allowing cross-platform play a few months back. FFXIV is now a possibility on that platform

Trainer Club servers are mostly down, you’ll get errors on the website as well. That explains why Google login sometimes works and Trainer Club does not.

The characters aren’t free. They were temporarily free while they worked on the purchasing system but as of this update all characters will cost either real money or in-game currency.

Both characters will also be legal for Evo next month!

The full game may not exist, but many gameplay videos and at least two publicly playable demos do exist, and having experienced those I am currently disappointed in the title. That’s more than enough to form an opinion of it, but I recognize that my opinion of what I’ve played/seen so far does not reflect the final

I haven’t played a lot of DQ games, but was there an issue with the English version of DW7 that made it unplayable?

I found both demos underwhelming, but I understand those were small and unfinished parts of the game. I will still play it and give it a chance to win me over, I do like most FF games as well as Kingdom Hearts so I am somewhat hopeful.

Play FFXV first to avoid spoilers and to engage in discussions about the game. Then, after being thoroughly disappointed, play Dragon Quest.

And a lot of people like myself just want the multiplayer and not the campaign. Unfortunately if they sold them separately then they make less money compared to people paying $60 for everything just to get the portion they want.

Story mode poster:

He’s only talking about PC which was $40 or $60 for the Origins edition.

Alpha was called Street Fighter Zero in Japan so it’s pretty easy to figure out on the timeline. 3 being the very last is the only thing that’s weird about the timeline, certainly not worse than Metal Gear.

A lot of the colors in the DB anime aren’t too accurate compared to the manga inspirations. Trunks’ hair was darker from the manga colors. My guess is his hair is blue currently to properly match Bulma’s hair which was always blue in the anime. To repeat what I said in another comment:

I’m sure a lot of people thought that initially (myself included), but it was to match Bulma’s original hair color.
