I would believe timed exclusive, but street fighter iv had a huge Xbox community and it's still the tournament standard platform, so I have a hard time believing this leak.

It doesn't have an ethernet port, although there is an ethernet adapter you can get that plugs in via usb. There was one for the Wii, it works on Wii U as well.

If you notice the gif in the article, the enemy's weapon flashed right before it was going to hit Bayonetta. That helps in learning the right time to dodge on some enemies.
