I find it amazing that with all the reiterations of this model, colors, trims etc...all the sport bs. they cant even design the things to fill the gaps in the plastic bumper.

Bill Paxton would be ashamed.
Is it safe to say there will be better looking editions of these models? Why the hell would they push these first as marketing material?
When there’s a pile of snow in a parking spot, anyone with +6” ground clearance is going to think their a monster truck. Just let us live. Ok?
More so variants. Oh wow. So each model is going to have a lux, sport, and basic trim. Times that by their line up and there you go. 40+.
Regardless of the suv, anything with that low a profile tire on a beach like that deserves to get stuck. Morons.
Super. Now why dont we implement a chime when high beams are on...Maybe after a min or so and thereafter? So many people throw em on and have no idea.
Hands down, I think that TL model in the first pic is one of the best aging cars of that decade. It was in its refresh mode as I got my license and I’ve wanted one ever since.
Was at the game and was certainly surreal. Pretty cool if you ask me. The second half felt weird almost. I wonder if they credited their sponsors a prorated number..or if they were even told before the decision was made to do this.
Great to know! Thank you for the heads up.
I know Buick has been doing well and has an interesting design plan going forward but I cant help but wonder what this does to their pipeline of models (or does it do anything). Didnt Buick leverage these assets for quick turnaround models? I mean, not all of them were bad. May be time to be more bullish on GM’s…
I really like the look of the outgoing one. I wish there was a “heritage” edition with those lines with an application of newer weight saving measures..
For sure! This would definitely close the gap between your two current options in the driveway. He’s got two kids, including one <1 so I think we can say yes to “does it baby”. I should have also mentioned we work in an industry with a lot of personal vehicle driving (including w/ clients) so as a DD it seems to…
A co-worker of mine just got one and seems extremely happy with it. The interior is pretty great looking and evidently the acoustics including road noise (or lack thereof) make it even better. Not to say the FoST isnt a cool car, I just think the R has a ton more going for it.
There’s always going to be people that suck at doing things or prefer the quick route. I was putting spreadsheets together and comparing the tissue price on options etc before I bought my new Jeep, arranged financing etc - meanwhile my best friend walks in, tests drives a model and says he wants it in black.…
This may be the first time the rec list hasnt been completely absurd. I vote Subaru. Exnay on the Jeepay though. Anyone willing to buy a new jeep in its first model year is a masochist. Im sure the Compass is great, but let a year expose the gremlins in that thing and then pick one up.
This looks great, don’t get me wrong, and I wish this model all the best...Question is, when my Grand Cherokee inevitably breaks down, will this be my loaner? I hope so cause it may convert me. Im so fucking sick of being offered a Neon....err Dart as a loaner.
Insurance just told me one of those Lights on my Overland cost $1,300. Nearly just fell out of my chair.
Lexus IS?
Granted this is elsewhere, its blows my mind how many of these in the tristate are still on the road around here w/ that issue. I flat out refused to get into a livery Nav a few years back when I noticed it.
