Yakuza 3 IMO. Just watch the videos for 1-2 that appear on the disc of that one to get the gist before going into 3. Y3 starts you out veryyyyyy slow, gets muchhhh betterrr after hoursss of the start. Y4 fixes a lot of stuff from 3 but I like the story for Y3.

you have to click “im a passenger” on the game when you go above the normal walking speed (this feature came not too long ago). He clicked and was not the passenger. Liability goes to the bad driver.
