The BRZ’s auto is just fine my man.
The BRZ’s auto is just fine my man.
Anything light and fun that comes with a decent auto? My arm’s been reassembled several times and driving a stick just isn’t do-able anymore, no range of motion left. I was looking at a BRZ auto, but read terrible things about that auto. Maybe a veloster N DCT, but I wanted something small and nimble, and doesn’t look…
Am I the only one who doesn’t see an arrow when I see those? All I see is half a Union Jack.
I knew this article would bring the Hot Fuzz references. I like the idea of changing to “crashes” (or “collisions”) from “accidents”, but Nicholas Angel’s (Simon Pegg) reasoning is ass-backward, so that scene irks me. “Crash” and “collision” don’t assign fault. “Accidents” are generally assumed to have been caused by…
Pretty sure that’s a turbocharger.
“a 5.7 HEMI V8 that makes 380-ish horsepower and north of 400 ft-lbs of torque plopped in.
Okay I actually hate the cladding. It’d bad enough on a crossover but now it’s literally holding the car back with complicated fluff.
This is a bad take. A Porsche 911 is, by all accounts, an extremely easy car to drive both on the street and on the track and yet people trip over themselves gushing over how nice it feels to drive and they sell like crazy. Why? Probably because it nails all the subjective qualities that the NSX doesn’t; it delivers…
Why is it critical that this won’t be available with AWD?
I dunno. The idea has promise, but I’m not sure it would really... deliver.
Errrrrr ...
Rebadging Peugeot’s as Chrysler’s solves a few problems and makes the most sense.
I have a GT with the Getrag and it’s perfectly fine, and so are 99% of them out there. The internet circle jerk likes to latch on to issues a small population have and then drive it into the ground like every one on the road is a ticking time bomb.
I think they mistook “EV I” as “EV 1"
Electric buses are in the future. Wait for OTR Semi's to have 10yrs of electric use. Buses should not be an experimental platform. Emergency responders are still not properly equipped to handle electric cars. No way they can handle the large battery fire of a bus.
Lol, yep. And warranty coverage? That would be a negative sir. We did have people request them for field trips because they looked cool. Those were the shortest lived buses we have had. We bought them in 2007 I think. They were gone by last year or the year before. We retired the last of the units bought in 1993 about…
Makes sense - Then those areas shouldn’t go electric.
PHEVs are fantastic for a particular use case, but lots of people don’t fit in that use case. I spent $50 on gas in all of 2020 for my PHEV Pacifica.
Agree and I think the market is going towards that direction too. Easier to implement by manufacturers and accepted by the market while the network of charging stations grows.
