Hey at least we got the CTS V wagon. Trust me, I so very much want an RS 6 Avant, but noooooo I'm poor and they don't sell it here.

I don't know if it's just a pipe dream or actually buy-able, but the TrackSTer has a Quaife LSD. I'm sure with a few phone calls/emails you could get the specs and install one yourself if the car isn't for sale.

There already is one from quaiffe but it's not approved by Ford or Ford Racing. Since the Focus ST uses the MMT6 and Quaiffe already developed one for this gearbox it swaps right in. I don't have one on my ST because I don't want the clutch slipping afterwards like I've heard of the first few who had done this (albeit

Oh OK, I didn't realize that.

Important difference. SVT is Ford. If it was SVT vehicle, it would then have a full factory warranty. Understand, there's a very important difference. Ford won't void their warranty, but they're not covering the work done by those other cats.

I'm actually surprised Ford didn't just use the SVT name on US Mountunes.

I have a 350Z and if it's any indication, "easy to drive on the edge" is an apt descriptor.

?...

Here's the thing. Tony owns his team. When he wants to ask the owner if he can run a dirt track race he asks himself do you want to do it? Tony will race anything anywhere any time. I respect him for that.

Tony should do whatever Tony damn well feels like doing. He's a racing driver. He clearly enjoys all the sprint cars and dirt track stuff. Like someone else here said, NASCAR is a funding source. Yeah, it's his job.

McMike's picture choice was also amazing

I applaud Tony's love of all types of racing, but his main paying job is Cup. His sponsors, amongst others involved with his Cup ride, pay him to drive Cup and place high and win at Cup. Tony should be focusing on that and do this other shit-type racing when he slows down or retires for just this reason.

All I know is that someone somewhere is looking at MT gear oil viscosity.

It's a damn shame that it's not a real STi. That being said, the pictures they put up were the Subaru-fan equivalent of shouting "fire" in a movie theater.

As a VQ owner, I think that nice engine sound is partially caused by the leaky piston rings sending my synthetic 5w30 prematurely to the afterlife.

Nissan's VQ engines would love to disagree.

If and when Subaru makes an STI version, and they will, it probably won't be talked about until later this year and will be a 2015 model year vehicle.

Lexus LFA

The guys at autocross driving them on Dunlop ZII's seem to be having plenty of fun to me.
