The one thing I’ll say on the topic, is that in Fallout 4 it has story-changing that corupts lore by not allowing it. If the Institute is willing to replace anyone, but children can’t be killed then we can automatically assume that children are incorruptable.

I never understood why Chibi-Robo didn’t evolve into a series of games (unless its sales number just sucked). All the groundwork was there to explain that any new game could simply take place in a new household with a new chibi-robo, and voila!
