If it can be reset continuously; yes this is pretty bad. If it’s a delay and allows you to fire a couple more shots.. then it’s still nowhere near as powerful as a Sunbreaker super.

Has anyone tried scanning things? I feel like everyone forgets you can scan things now. Wouldn’t that be the best, if that’s all that needed to be done after the runes are activated?
