First of all, you have no idea what you are talking about. That's not how resolution works. If it's displaying a 4k image, it's not going to look "fuzzy" as if you blew a 480p screen up to 1080p. If you turn the effects down, the shadows may be less complicated (for example) but it's still gonna look great.

What are you talking about? An overclocked gtx 680 could push 4k 60fps no problem. Maybe not on ultra but 4k is really no big deal on pc. You def do not need dual 980s

Any decent newish graphics card can handle 4k. Shit, you could play half life 2 in "4k" back when it was released on a CRT monitor. This is why pc is a glorious master race

Meh, smaller case means smaller volume to cool, if you put good fans in it its easier to move a lot of air inside, plus they offer hydro cooling
