I think it could be interesting and would work better if the monsters are the STARS of the movie and not supporting characters to Tom Cruise. I think of it like the Jurassic Park/World movies, you can switch out the protagonists of the movies as much as you want, because it’s the DINOSAURS who are the stars.

You could still cast Johnny Depp, except, y’now, make him invisible.

She actually has another reason to want to protect aliens. She’ll still knows J’onn J’onzz is an alien, and he arguably is more responsible for who Alex is today than Kara. He took her in when she was in a bad place in her life and helped her turn herself around.

I’m just glad they at least acknowledged that the secret has been rather loosely guarded in previous seasons. The low number does strain credulity a bit, but I can live with it. As others have mentioned, perhaps what we saw was the remaining red shirts who are left with that knowledge after all the attacks the DEO has

Actually, it really just occurred to me that there is a counter-argument. She still remembers that J’on J’onzz is an alien. He arguably had more influence on who she is today than Kara. She was in a bad place when he took her in and helped her turn her life around.

Even if the number of people who knew does strain credulity a bit, They still deserve some credit for acknowledging and addressing it. As well as credit for having the foresight of knowing their audience would notice if they just ignored it.

There is a consequence that hasn’t been mentioned yet about Gwendolyns directions to the official human entrance to The Good Place.

We protect the Earth from the scum of the universe with a very particular set of skills.

The things he added to the story, though, always felt like a sincere attempt to add to and enhance the mythos, rather than trying to throw out its history like trash. He succeeded too, 40 years later and you can still often see the influences his movie had on the character.

Reminds me of another director who wasn’t afraid to show love for the source material, Richard Donner.

Crossover: We’re going to do some crazy, reality warping stuff.

Maybe, but it’s still weird that she doesn’t make a clear distinction which Earths Batman she’s talking about. Did the Earth-38 Batman also disappear at the same time? Does he also have a cousin named Kate Kane? She says Superman and Batman are “frenemies” but if she’s referring to the Earth-38 Batman, then Kates

I’m loving this crossover so far, but am I the only one who thinks it a little weird that Kara talks about Batman from Earth 1 likes she’s been aware of him for ages, and yet she had never even heard of the multiverse until she met Barry?

I liked this episode and this series overall, though I admit it’s not the strongest. Whittaker and the companions, however. were fun to watch and carried it even when the stories were weak.

His age mattered because it meant he wouldn't have time to get the rest of the points he needed before he died.

We all knew the robot apocalypse was inevitable, but the roombas ultimate betrayal was as surprising as it was tidy.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how they depicted Nia’s powers. I just posted the other day that prophecy often seems like the worst power for superheroes because far to often it gets depicted in a way that makes it seem nearly useless for the good guys.

Ever since The President backed down from shouting at Alex when Haley put her hand on his shoulder, he’s come across as more of a pawn than a mastermind. I’ll be surprised if it’s not Lex.

It’s nothing but headcanon, but I thought up a reason. When the portal got split and the anti-zone was created, a splinter of the Solitract got trapped in it and formed the alien, who was a separate entity unaware of where he came from.
