Are you saying that Gutierrez and Perez are sponsored by the Mexican government? How about Massa? In reality of all the “brown” people as you call them, only Maldonado was sponsored by an state-owned company.
I just don’t know what the business plan of these companies is.

You would think, but in reality LA has the most inpredictable traffic. Ouside peak hours, the traffic moves pretty quickly, but there are many choke points where the traffic slows to a crawl. You can be doing 85 MPH, and you will be passed by many, many cars, then you come around the bend and everybody is stopped.
