I got him today! He was a Warchief. Don't know if it's related but when I faced him the music stopped. Suddenly I was surrounded by another 3 captains, so I had to run away. He managed to follow me a third of the map, got separated, and he would just laugh and shrieks like a maniac, even when I got the upper hand.
