Seeing the Delta Wing slam into a PC that was dead in the middle of the track is about the perfect image of those two cars. That’s coming from somebody that was pulling of the Delta Wing to succeed.

Ironically NASCAR’s reason for using locals has been that they would know the facility better than a traveling safety teams.
I don’t know, the GTLM teams can afford to be picky and get drivers that are more know for road racing. Same with DPi. Maybe one of the LMP2 prototypes. GTD may work if somebody that funds a team wants to make some headline. That may get a little tricky too depending on what her FIA rating is.
With penalties and suspensions becoming more of a weekly thing I’m starting to think the championship in Homestead is going to be decided in post race inspection after the race. Which would serve NASCAR right for making it a playoff format.
