Well if it is a 10 speed I want a gated shifter or I would forget which gear I’m in.

I get lost when I try and drive the 8 speed zf in manual mode, I can’t remember where I am at nor do I understand what gear I should be in. Hmmm.... slowing down, I’m in 7th, should I go to 3rd? 2nd? 6-speed is best on a daily.

I’d rather have a 6 speed than a 5 speed, gives you one more gear to wring out those ponies. 7 is too many.

I’ve held long arguments here and elsewhere about interesting colors. Between the (sometimes) higher price and the (always) limited availability on dealer lots I’m skeptical that we have any real feel for the appeal of colors on cars.
