You can give me more money with a job, but the landlord will just take it.
Interesting that it be twin-spark. People bitched bitterly about Mercedes having it in the aughts.
The V8 of same vintage was a bit slower. 2001-2002 Mercedes S Class had no forced induction, so the S55 was slower than the S600. 5.4L V8 vs 5.8L V12. At the time i could only afford an S Class from the pre-facelift years.
I’ve had every ticket they could give out and people wonder why I drive properly all the time.
That’s the 1997 only E420 in Azurite Blue.
Exactly. My S600 is my cruise missile between cities. No planes for me.
I got an M137. It’s SOHC with 3 valves per cylinder with no variable valve timing. Power is not high for the displacement of 5.8L. It’s mechanically sound. Only niggle is the oil cooler in the V that requires removal of the cylinder heads to fix if it leaks. I guess that’s when you send the head out to be ported and…
Right, all this is just a continuation of the Bush Administration. The clowns changed faces, but that’s it.
My buddy got an Impala. It’s cheap as hell. He undersocialized, so he thinks it’s one of the best cars in the world.
And that’s why I fill the transmission of my Mercedes’ 5 speed auto with whatever Chrysler went with back in the day — ATF+4
I have a Corolla. My soul is also dead. Might not be the Corolla’s fault for having an automatic, though.
“Frisco”
Parts. Tons of easy to obtain parts new and used. They made a lot of them. Mine was a lemony barn find, but it was just failed control modules like on your computer (one was flooded with oil.) shit goes bad. Someone also used spark plugs gapped for a Honda on mine and destroyed an expensive ignition coil pack ($750…
Got the 2001 Mercedes S600 with an NA V12. If you in the lane next to a traffic wall, the windows are rolled down, and you step on it from a stop, all you hear are the fuel injectors, and they get loud.
Your joke is funny, but the underlying truth is left unspoken.
Yes, I do.
Not unless you like food all over yourself and the car.
Trump may have nominated her, but the Senate confirmed her.
