I subscribe to the "less is more" mentality when it comes to automotive design.

Well, it's good to know reasonably-priced and optioned trucks are still attainable. As much as I would have loved a new Sierra Denali, the price of new trucks was simply unjustifiable to me when I was shopping around.
Man, I love me some goold ol' Murican pickemup truck, but damn...they're just getting to be too much these days. Monetarily, aesthetically, and proportionally.
Agreed 100%.
I wondered the same thing. Frankly, as far as I'm concerned, all it is an additional load and thus creates an additional draw on the system, thereby theoretically reducing performance.
As an electrical engineer, I find this hilarious.
That's actually pretty disappointing to hear, especially considering this is an entirely new division, not just one single car. If BMW doesn't make it more visible, I foresee the division getting off to a rough start, but I genuinely hope it does well and promotes the creation of competitive electrical brands/model. I…
I have a feeling there would still be opposition...just not as much of it, since he i8 is an easier sell as an "ultimate driving machine" than the i3 is, despite the price differential. Since the i3 isn't exactly your average BMW, I don't know if its the greatest way to transition into the new i subdivision.
I think that the Cadillac dealers are largely in the right for not wanting to sell a grotesquely overpriced vehicle that probably won't sell very well. The smart dealers probably already know that, hence their refusal to peddle them.
Oh I understand the legalities of crosswalks and their purpose, but what I'm talking about is a decided lack of common sense in their use.
I just caught the Sierra Vista part - my sincerest apologies. I'm originally from Douglas, and for a brief (and dark) period of my life known as high school, we were relegated to having to drive all the way to SV to do...well...anything, be it eat at a restaurant, watch a movie, or do some shopping.
If we can lump runners and pedestrians together, I guess it doesn't really matter what form of transportation you use, what we can deduce is that there are assholes in every category, lol.
My dad actually lives in Seattle, and I've been there many a time...but I dare not ride a bicycle in Seattle for fear of either A) sudden death by a jackass in his/her BMW paying zero attention to the intersections or B) becoming a hipster by association.
Del Taco? Pffft. If that's your idea of quality Mexican fast-food in Tucson, you sir did not get out enough here.
