The bottom pictures are their comparison to the iPad 2. Although I'm not positive there is no home button (though gestures could obviate it) it could just be the iPad is rotated so that the home button is on top.

How is a tablet competing with a company that makes displays? If they had been marketing tablets themselves, sure, but they werent and aren't.

Or maybe Giz shouldn't treat a disclaimer like that as they would the usual "so and so is a contributor for such and such site, their inane ramblings can also be read at their private blog which is updated every June first". A good practice would be to put the disclaimer at the beginning of the article. Lead with the

The title I'm reading is "Mountain Lion Review: What Happened to Apple's Innovation?". The first time they mention the word Beta is in the italicized paragraph that I usually don't bother reading at the end of the article.

Um... I'm pretty sure it isn't Apple keeping Hulu plus from airplaying. That would be an option the devs chose not to support.

Huh. I was completely unaware of that. I can certainly understand how the problem could come about, though.

In the 90's (though it may have been sooner), I'd watch the five minute previews on the pay-per-view channels. You'd get five minutes of porn! For a teenage boy who just discovered masturbation, it was more than enough.

Exactlly. I was like, "Facebook has ads?!?!"

What haven't they got right yet? I've got a six thousand song library. Maybe ten percent of it was purchased in the iTunes store. Most of it consists of ripped CDs. It matched 4,232 of my songs. That's pretty good in my book. I did have a handful of mid album tracks that were the sole track on a disc that didn't get

    iTunes Match, anyone?

And I also believe they used those same engineers for iTunes Match. The whole scanning and matching instead of just uploading everything.

I suppose I could have consulted a dictionary. It does seem that the second definition is the stimulation of someone's genitals. Someone being a substitution for one's own in the more common first definition.
