You can have a 4 valve pushrod engine. I don’t know if it’s still around, but back in the 80's someone was making a 4 valve head for the Chevy Big Block, mostly used in off-shore racing.

Actually, the 3 smaller valves are the intake valves. Intake needs more area since it’s under vacuum. Exhaust has the assist of the piston pushing the gases out. It’s why in 2 or 4 valve engines, the intake valves are bigger than the exhaust.

The NR series of Grand Prix bikes in the 80's. It’s an interesting concept, but just didn’t work out. It was a very expensive alternative to round pistons and cylinders.

You were!

Shit, we had cable with the HBO add-on and we still made it a point to watch Red Green in our house. We were big fans. Dad donated enough to the PBS channel to get a Red Green coffee mug. I bought him an RG book for a Christmas present too!

In the later seasons, sure. But it certainly isn’t why they got a show in the first place. I’ll give ‘em credit for investing the Discovery $$$ back into the shop/employees to become more than assemblers. If the old man didn’t have the money from his iron supply business to start OCC as a hobby business in the first

Cleveland native here. The only Wahoo item I own is a batting practice jersey I bought back in the 90's. I don’t wear it. My hats are the new block C style. I don’t think they need to change their name, but it is (has been for a while) time to drop Wahoo. If a name change is ever forced, I want them to be the

Oh, they do look cool, not arguing that, but they’re not builders in the sense that Jesse James is, starting with a pile of tubing, some sheet metal, and getting to work with his welder and English wheel. Say what you want about Jesse James and his behavior, he is a skilled craftsman who builds his bikes, not just

The bikes really weren’t that great. I’ve seen a few up close. Outside of the custom gas tank, seat, and paint, they were not anything I couldn’t build in my garage with a JP Cycles catalog

This, and the clutch is easy to replace. You can swap in a new fibers and steels in 15 minutes with simple hand tools.

I’m aware of broughy and his crew. I’m just not that into racing to bother. I was just enjoying the new races for a change of pace and the double $ and RP. I tracked my win rate the last week or so, I won 55 out of 150 races entered, so I did make some healthy cash off of it.

Everyone wants to talk about Tony’s temper while ignoring a couple basic facts. Kevin Ward jumped the cushion and wrecked on his own. There was no contact between Tony and Kevin. So why would Tony be mad? Also, there are no in-car communications between a driver and his crew or spotter, so Tony wouldn’t have been told

If you’re lucky enough to do a non-contact race. They typical lobbies I get into are full contact with catchup and slipstream, so curb boosting doesn’t really matter. It’s all about avoiding the rough and/or wrong way drivers lol

Thanks and a happy Easter to you as well.

‘11 F150 reg cab long bed, XLT package with split bench and fold down armrest/console than can seat 3 with belts for all. 4x4 and base non turbo V-6. Stock wheels, but 265/70x17 tires to replace the stock 245/75x17s when they wore out. Is that non bro enough?

Those of us that need a truck on the weekend and don’t want 2 vehicles or a trailer. My dirtbike has me needing a truck 25-30 weekends a year, then the typical home improvement runs like mulch in the spring, a load of top soil for a new flower bet, etc...

EPA regs. Big off-road tires to fill those wheel wells kill your mileage. When the customer does it after the truck has left the lot, the manufacturer doesn’t care.

That’s a good question. Since the wing is part of the performance package, I bet it doesn’t hit 212 with it. Not that it matters. If you’re buying that package for track use, you’ll appreciate the increased cornering performance more than the loss of top end you’ll never see on a road course.
