Unlike the other strips, however, BitF stays on-topic almost all the time. It is almost entirely comprised of Nintendo jokes or characters and while many people will not get them or like them, something must be said about a VG webcomic that doesn't veer away from the primary focus like Penny Arcade or Nerf Now.

I'd rather we didn't, because people (like me!) still enjoy it. If you don't enjoy it that's fine! But others do :) I like it because it's refreshing to have a comic that tries so hard to be kid-friendly, and I find its jokes clever, even if they aren't frequently laugh out loud funny. :)
