Cadillac is becoming a huge money pit for GM. They may be making some nice cars, but they are spending a huge amount of money developing platforms that don't seem to be selling enough to pay for themselves. Everyone loves to rip on Lincoln, but from a business point of view, they make a lot more sense.
I also saw one, back in the day. It was in a busy downtown and the exhaust note caught my ear over the din on the city. I turned around and saw it squat as it left with a lot of throttle from a traffic light. It had dealer plates on it. It was a memorable experience for me.
I had to subtract a lot of awesomeness points for that as well.
160 reports over 9 years doesn't seem like a significant number of reports considering they collect a "massive" amount of data.
The problem as I see it is that even if Cadddy does bud a better BMW, that isn't what the general buying population wants. They don't want a better BMW, they just want a BMW. People are willing to pay more for a BMW badge than a Cadillac one.
I see they have a couple of restaurants at the museum. I see schweinesnitzle on the menu. I don't know if you can get it to go.
There was a single 747 that was converted to a fire fighting tanker by Evergreen. I believe it was only in service for a couple of years and has since been retired.
I've run from the cops a couple of times.

There is another semi-interesting automotive link in the Gigafactory deal: The property that the Gigafactory will be sited at is the Reno-Tahoe Industrial Center (TRIC). One of the principal owners of TRIC is Roger Norman. Norman is also the owner of SCORE International - the organization that runs the Baja 1000…
I really hope the 3.5l EB in the '15 F150 gets the Navigator tune. With the weight reduction, it will be a real rocket with this engine.
I had ideas in my head of Ferrari coachwork with blown Hemis under the hood.
The 777 closest to MH17 was Singapore flight SQ351 from Copenhagen.
The Green Bay Packer edition?
If Ferrari is now American, does that mean we can expect to see a Ferrari Hellcat?
I think it is cool, but not THAT cool.
Meh.
It is not really a secret that Ford was working with Toyota to develop a rear drive hybrid system for pickup trucks. They ended this partnership a year ago with each deciding to go about it on their own.
