I’ve been using these for the past few years and they’re fantastic. The only downside is the material on the earcups starts to flake pretty quickly. I don’t know if there are any good aftermarket alternatives to replace the earcups with but if you get bothered by the flaking then look into it.

This sucks. I actually like my local GS people. Compared to the stories I’ve read, the ones at my local GS are pretty decent people. Every time I’ve gone there they have been friendly and nice and they haven’t been pushy about preording or getting the rewards card.

The 1-50 MSQ has an ungodly number of fetch quests. And this continues into the rest of the 2.x series. I think it gets better towards the end but its pretty bad. They fixed it with Heavensward at least and will probably keep it up in Stormblood

Even without wikis or the ingame database, much more of the story and lore is accessible in XIII compated to XV. The ingame database adds a ton more background - to the point that going to an external source like a wiki isn’t even necessary. XV, on the other hand, basically requires a wiki to understand wtf is…

So my question is, is all the work that was put into Scalebound so far essentially gone or trapped in the hands of Microsoft? If MS was funding this then I guess they own the IP or whatever so Platinum can’t just put that work aside for now and come back to it someday when they themselves could fund it and finish it

Zestiria is easily the worst Tales game in recent memory.
