Chips or fries?

The reason I use canola in salad dressings is the flavor... or lack there of. Olive oil tends to be a little strong when mixed with something more delicate.
It has its place but when I make dressings I want the flavor to be more in the background so the rest of the flavors I add shine through.

As a few comments have already mentioned, that does not sharpen. It hones the blade. Basically straighten outs tiny parts of the blade edge that bend over during use.

I usually sharpen once, and then hone before use. I may have to touch up a knife every few years but that is it.
