Here’s the thing, though. It’s not that the contents of the document are verified (news agencies are saying that they are not), it’s that officials at high levels government are passing it around to each other. Great. Now I can’t get this song out of my head...

Did the guy refuse to leave the car when asked? I didn’t see that mentioned in the story. I’m not saying he deserved a beat-down, but if someone asks me to get out of their car, especially a “stranger”, I’m not going to sit around asking questions. I’m ghost.

I can see why Uber would not allow the driver to see the destination until he/she accepts the job. If the driver knew the destination, they could just go to the person and undercut the price so that Uber would not get any of the fee.

Yes, there is/was corruption in some unions, but I think they have done more good than harm. Just look at the living conditions of workers before and after unions where created. Unions also benefited non-union workers, because employers who did not have union workers had to compete for workers.

What else would you eat from KFC that requires a knife AND a fork? I saw the pic, though, and it was just chicken.

Oop’s.

Good point. You could use twitter and get the stupidity unfiltered, direct to your favorite twitting device. You don’t need article such as this to bask in such bloviating glory.
