What really surprised me is that Pennsylvania went to Trump...but then I know some people who didn’t vote because they didn’t “like” either candidate. Jokes on them because they are on some form of public assistance. Like they say, “In a democracy people get the leaders they deserve”

I’m not entirely sure, but even with a filter you probably still flush it. There is some sort of solution they use to clean out the elements where the water is heated. Where I live we have pretty hard water, so I don’t think even a filter would be enough. You can also get kits and do it yourself.

Agreed. When my regular water heater went to water heater Valhalla, I got the idea to get a tankless one. I went with one recommended by our plumber (a gas unit). It was not cheap, but damn if it ain’t one of the best things I ever bought for the house. We have NEVER had issues running out of hot water since.
