Now I know you were one of seven Grand-Am fans in existence. In real racing, drivers don't hit each other to get by. Those guys weren't just doing it on the last lap either. Much earlier in the race the 10 made a pass for the lead and hit the car he was passing. It's just poor racecraft, but it's not surprising coming

lol. I can only imagine you've only ever been exposed to Grand-Am before this year. This isn't stock car racing. Drivers are expected to pass cleanly, not smash each other out of the way.

Taylor and Taylor were doing the same thing earlier in the race. That's the only way DP drivers know how to race. Just block the other guy, and if you can't do that, slam into him. It's crap racing.

I lost the front screw on my belly pan so I have to push it back up every few days. It is annoying as hell, but I don't want to take it all the way off because the car is so low.

No, that was ALL McNish.

I remember watching one of those trains crashing into things show as a kid, and they showed this clip, but freeze-framed it right before the train hits her. She stayed more whole than I thought she would have.

And it was immortalized in Real Genius when they put Kent's Citroen in his room.

It doesn't help that for a large portion of the time, FOX doesn't have any graphics up telling people this is last year's race.

They've tried and failed horribly for decades to build their own vans. This might be a smart move. Remember the Uplander?

Why would Nissan do this? It just takes sales away from their vans.

Still not ever interested in buying any mid-size car from Chrysler. They murdered that with decades of Sebring bullshit.

That's the best version.

One of the most hilarious things I experience in my job is a producer flipping the fuck out over the smallest thing. It makes no difference to the viewer/listener but that producer will wig out.

For $25k I'm buying an S54 powered M-Coupe, not some craptastic GM-interiored (that's a word now) car.

A Lincoln probably isn't the best car to use on a muddy horse track.

I got a picture of one of the Porsche F1 cars at the Porsche exhibit at the NC Art Museum. If you're in Raleigh you must check it out.

Sorry Chrysler. You ruined mid-size cars from the entire company forever with years and years of complete shit.

Betrayed by the back of Spielman's head.

There was no merger. It was a NASCAR buyout of Panoz's holdings. Unfortunately the same people that ran ALMS into the ground and the ones that ran Grand-Am like shit for its entire existence are now combined and running the new TUSC series.
