YES Tessa Thompson’s dress would be great without that teal and those blues, but the added effect really gives it Best Look for me. Though I agree that the top of the Susan Kelechi’s dress is mesmerizing and probably had people trapped staring at her bust all night.

I feel like she wore this little blue tux dress bc it’s a total Madeline look and not necessarily her own (though I guess Madeline is her but with *slightly* less money? so maybe not...). When I saw it though i definitely thought she was dressing with a wink + nod to us.

i really hope you get this.

totally true, but it’s my fave look of the night. It’s so easy to go wrong with metallics, and especially metallics with bolder colors. This dress is damn regal with ROYGBIV all in there!!

ON POINT, emmy attendees, even if the snubbing of Insecure was utter B.S.

maaahhhn come on now, we can have all the good music! Although I agree The Who and LZ are two of the greatest bands of all time, I feel like Fleetwood Mac is undeniably comprised of talented musicians, lyricists, and their sound is iconic.

YESSS. Like, why? 1.) It’s a nice sweater and 2.) it’s an even nicer sweater when it’s on Jay Ellis

I KNOW. That combination of light gray and minty green is one of my favorites. It’s so pretty, with the green, fairy-esque tulle contrasting that industrial-like solid gray. YOU WOULD BE A FAHHHKINNN GAHDESS KEEHHD (fellow NEnglander heah!)

“...like a beautiful dystopia in which we must scavenge for materials to wear.”

Totally. I hate homework TV. I get that some shows are good but I also sometimes just want to chill bc the world is ending and whatnot, you know?

yeah you’re totally on point. See, I watched the first four eps. of S1, and I was like HOW IS THIS SHOW POPULARRR by s2. I feel like I might take the advice of many above and just move right onto s2, bc I have def seen turn-arounds worth it (My own namesake being one of them lol).

I honestly don’t understand how anyone could overlook two of the most phenomenal shows on TV right now: Catastrophe and Insecure. I get what you’re saying about Rachel Bloom, but the show is not that good. I have watched it 4 times lol, because it is not good but can be nice for cleaning noise. Seriously, it falls

THANK YOU

it’s a really well-made, well-acted show that deeefffff banks on nostalgia to keep you reeled in. I actually like it because of how simple they were with the Scifi and I guess fantasy elements (NEEEEEEERDD). Like, shows I LOVED to death (Sense8, Orphan Black, those few seasons of LOST) have been ruined by

haha omg the finale of that show!!!!!!!!!! Ted Danson was marvelous.

haha I know!!! TBH, I get why you’re like “UGHHH”, but I also feel like there is no end to the weird gems he can come up with, and so I’m always on board with a Laurence O’Keefe musical. However, I also feel like this is just me hardcore stanning for him, hoping his involvement in all these projects (not Bring it On,

yes, we reallllly do. It opens up musical theater to broader audiences, and all the shows have fun music (plus I would love to watch dancers do cheer moves in Bring It On...I bet they will be awesome!!). Also, I LOVE Laurence O’Keefe to no end, and his music for Heathers is outstanding (Legally Blonde was pretty cute

fair, definitely fair. It feels inescapable now IRL and on the internet and TV.

“Food Network became less about food and more about image, spectacle, and fads”

the title is kind of a condemnation to begin with...
