Some of the skins really are awesome. That Abby one is good, but I can’t wait until Stitches hits the beach. I don’t even play Stitches but I will buy them simply to use this datamined skin.

“But if the pay gap is real, companies would just hire more women for less money! No company would hire a man if they had to pay him more! Besides, the jobs are COMPLETELY different and you can’t compare the two!” - MRA’s when the pay gap is so much as mentioned.

I’m surprised he didn’t start complaining about how people who have to use walkers or wheelchairs take up extra space so he, as an able-bodied man, should be allowed to take up as much space as he wants.

Same. I’m trying to come up with the logistics of how that would even work (and have it be pleasurable and not break his penis with a minor slip), and got nothing.

That’s good to hear. I ended up no longer following updates and patches sometime in MoP, so I don’t know how things currently stand. If druids are in a good place, that makes me happy. I may no longer play but my heart is still with all the druids. Particularly ferals — once you tank with your face, it’s hard to go

He got Flanderized pretty damn bad, that’s for sure. All the characters except for Rachel (according to TV Tropes) suffered from it, but Joey was by far the worst. Then they went and tried to make a spin-off starring a character who basically could not function on his own.

I ended up leaving in early Cata. I didn’t think I would at the time (I even aimed for server first level 90, and was an hour or two away from it on my druid before someone else got it) but the reason was multi-fold.

I absolutely love the BFG and Sentinel because of this (though I take Napalm on Hammer most of the time). Sometimes it’s just luck, but to even get remotely close to hitting a specific target takes a fair bit of skill. Though in this case I think the egg was just a bonus.

Well said.

My thoughts exactly. Only one side thus far has utilized multiple types of threats, including bomb threats. Even if it wasn’t anyone in this specific group, it’s far more likely that some other GG supporter did it since they’re now trying to “infiltrate” the non-supporters, as well as paint non-supporters as being

Definitely check it out again. I felt the same way as you (though I was stubborn and kept going), but by episode 4 or 5 everything just started clicking. Some symbolism can still go over your head (as with everything Ikuhara makes), but the story actually comes together into a tight narrative.

I know, right? Sometimes it’s considered a success if something sells 5k-6k copies of the first disk (so, 3-4 episodes only) in Japan. And keep in mind that the number of disk sales goes down after every disk, so sometimes the last disk only sells a couple hundred copies, if that.

The only thing I can understand is them fearing reverse importation, but they could get around that by not charging insane prices for the Japanese blu-rays that have 3-4 episodes. The rest definitely sounds like an excuse to charge what they do, since plenty of other companies can charge way less and still be

Yeah. Another commenter pointed out that the big words on the dress seem to be aimed at liberals and feminists and probably serve to distract from the arms.

The arms are really fucked up (I’m kind of scared to know what’s hidden as the hair). I decided to alter the contrast and colour in photoshop to get a better idea of what the arms say, and it’s all 1950’s perfect housewife shit.

In which case you defer to the guy in question. Except you need to police his sexuality, too. But you’re also supposed to be quiet and not go against what he wants.

I think that’s exactly what they did since the words on the arms (I can’t really make out the hair — they need a better graphic designer) are so much worse and passive yet are harder to make out. There’s also a “shy” buried beside the one boob ಠ_ಠ

It’s so awesome that a woman is supposed to be bright, independent, decisive, and confident (among other things) but cannot be trusted to make any choices herself and must defer to men/the church to tell her what she’s allowed and not allowed to want or do.

I listened to an interesting podcast recently regarding that. Both SAO and KLK were licensed by Aniplex, which is notorious for having extremely pricy boxsets. Part of that is to prevent reverse-importation (where boxsets are cheaper outside Japan, so Japanese fans import them from other countries), the other part is
