I wonder if/when Kinja is going to glitch and we'll get the same article a dozen times in a row.

The day Brianne wins at Female Armour Bingo is the day I perform a sacrifice to R'hllor so that he may burn it from my memory.

"/?tiger=off"

"Girls and women" or "women", unless it's scientific or medical-related where female and male tend to be used to describe groups
If you ever have to wonder about what to call women, just flip the gender and think about what you would call "boys and men", for example. If the answer ends up being "guys", just go with

Whenever a guy uses "females" instead of women (I'd even take girls instead of females, since despite being infantilizing it at least recognizes women are human) I use that as a cue to not engage or be alone with them. It's always really telling when a guy refers to men as men but women are "females", and they spit

It's such an annoying stereotype. I will say I tend to zen out when getting ready which slows me down, but if something important or time sensitive is afoot, I can get ready in 10-15 minutes. I also like to be early for important things, so that gives me a buffer in case taking ready takes longer than expected.

I hate every single time change and it can take me a while to adjust (my pets take even longer). It just seems pointless now that our society doesn't revolve around agriculture and cities and urban areas tend to have lights that go on when a certain darkness is reached.

To be fair, Logitech was leading that poll by a fairly large margin until Razer posted a link on their Facebook, asking for fans to vote for their product. It skewed the poll horribly since there was no barrier to voting, thus the whole poll ended up being null and void.

I can't help you here, but I'll bump you up a bit so there's a better chance of someone seeing you who can.

Yup, I find playing any game except ones with really simple controls on a keyboard uncomfortable and inefficient now after using a Belkin n52TE for years.

The show definitely left me conflicted about Drogo, but thankfully the book was much, much better with regards to Drogo so I just ignore what happened in the show.

She had a lot of constructive stuff to say, for people who were willing to listen.

Yup, not everyone is suited for college and not everyone wants to go, and those people shouldn't be forced into doing so (and potentially go into debt that will take over a decade to pay off) because they might get a higher-paying job than if they didn't go. That would also free up room for people who want to go but

Not important, eh? So do you regularly speak for all marginalized groups and tell them what they should and shouldn't deem important?

I'm not surprised she got tired of all the sexism and people threatening her (and hate email, I have no doubt). I get tired just reading so many of the comments on articles that have any mention of women, people of colour, or LGBTQ, and I can walk away at any time.

If a good writer doesn't know a subject as well as they know they should to be able to write it convincingly, they will research the topic and/or talk to experts. Good writers are able to write outside of their experiences because they're willing to empathize, research, and take constructive criticism on the matter.

Thanks for the insight!

I just feel bad for the monkey. He was taken away from his mother and troop at way too young an age and will probably end up with a lot of behavioural issues due to that and being in contact with humans during a critical time in his life. Hopefully he was rescued when he was young enough so that he can at least bond

The only thing lower than "fake" nerds are the gatekeeper nerds who go around harassing others and telling them they can't be a nerd because they don't do X or like Y or know Z. News flash: nerds and geeks are a large and diverse group.
