This is the single best Chrome extension to be released since Adblock Plus. You know, Facebook used to let you control this stuff - you could pick and choose what things each of your friends did that you wanted to be notified about. They took that away and the feed became useless. Now if I could just get something

Their choice for Missouri is questionable. I would have pointed out that St. Louis has award-winning Art Museum, History Museum, and Science Center that are all free, all in Forest Park. Not to mention one of the best Zoos in the country, also free.

Pardon, I was imprecise. Loading a page full of gifs is going to slow the display of the page in general. I have not tried this extension yet, for the reason stated in my original post. Thus, it “Sounds great but slow”, not “Sounds great but is slow”.

Sounds great, albeit slow as hell. However, I’m gonna have to wait until this gets to the Chrome Store. I want to at least have somewhere I can leave feedback if this turns out to be malware.

Did you see the bit about that being an indoor charger? Do you typically leave your garage open when you’re not home?

How much of the memory/speed improvement comes from finally completely cutting out NPAPI in this version?

Man, I just last weekend finally got 5.0.1 on my Sprint Galaxy S4. I was beginning to give up hope, and figured that would probably be the last update I’d see for it. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I was all psyched until I read this:

I customized my 1985 blue Toyota Pickup by removing the “TOYOTA” entirely and replacing it with “TONKA”. It really fit, those things were awesome fun trucks.

I came here to make this exact joke, dangit.

I’m looking into these kind of systems as possible branch server replacements. Right now we have file/print/AD servers at every branch, and at $2000/pop they’re an expensive replacement proposition. I’d like to centralize our file storage, but still have a server at every branch for printing, DHCP, DNS, a read-only AD

My wife bought me a pair of electric shufflers in the hope they would suffice for our Cards Against Humanity deck (with all expansions). Both of them broke on the first run-through. I have no idea how I’m going to shuffle all those cards.

I would, but she’s still asleep when I leave for work...

This headline is such a lie. I was trying to figure out how you were going to melt metal with a 6 volt battery. I am disappoint.

My wife prefers the Shibari method.

I hope this release includes the fix for the Chrome printing bug that would cause the print preview window to be an empty white box with no controls of any kind. My users are out back sharpening their pitchforks.

Let's be fair: Assholes, who happen to be Cardinals fans. #NotAllCardinalsFans

No "John Dies at the End"? No "This Book is Full of Spiders"? These are genuinely scary books here. They make you laugh out loud, then worry that something may have heard you.
